Couple of days before i have posted a story about our trip to Jumierah Vittaveli in Maldives, However i didn't explain much about the villa we have stayed. I thought it might not be that much interesting for our readers, but we got few feedback's and questions about the villa, here you go with more details.

We have stayed in an amazing beautiful private beach villa with a private pool. Let me go through one by one to give you an exact idea. Outside Villa we had our own bicycles for our use, maybe few of you may ask why bicycles? Answer is very simple, this island is very big and they want to protect the nature and green so there is no petrol or diesel operated vehicles, there is few electronic buggy cars operated by the hotel, For our convenience they have kept 2 or 3 bicycles for adults and on request for children's. You can see in below picture our bicycles are parked in front of our villa. I hope you can imagine the resort is so big and has lot of villas. Basically they have 2 types of villas and each type has different categories, i will make it simple for you there is beach villas which has direct access and view of the beach and there is over water villas which is over the water in the ocean with direct access in ocean not to the shore and beach, basically you can jump to the water directly from your villa. Now you might think water villa not safe for children's? Water villas safe for children's but as a parent you must take care of them, for sure they will not slip to water but when they want to swim better to take them to the kids pool for safety reasons.

As you can see in the photo the door in front is give you access to our private courtyard, so basically resort would be offering full privacy for our villa. Without entering inside the villa we can access the private pool, only if the main entrance is open, once closed no one going to disturb. From the pool you can walk directly to the beach. Beach is private and owned by the hotel so there is no public. When you are swimming in pool, you can have a beach view but other guest swimming in beach cannot see you its because the villa is bit higher than the beach and they have planted some trees to give you more privacy. See below picture which i took from the other entrance i mean from the beach side, even though i took it from closer you cannot have a clear view of the pool.

When i say that we are going Maldives my wife was bit afraid about the privacy as she wants to swim in the pool, but once she reach our villa she was so happy because of the privacy they are providing. In very simple way i can tell you that if you are too much orthodox don't worry you get enough privacy in the villa even when you are in pool. If required you also can request the reception to offer you the villa which has the maximum privacy. If you are traveling for honeymoon you don't need to ask for privacy they will definitely knows you need a villa with maximum privacy and they will arrange it accordingly without asking.

Each beach villa has a cabana in front of your villa, so you can just walk from pool or beach to cabana. You can relax, sleep, eat and drink in cabana, you have your own place. See the great view we have from beach cabana.

Another important thing is that each villa has another private cabana inside the courtyard next to pool and the main villa, If you don't want to use beach cabana for any reason you can use this one shown in the picture. You will have a sea view if you are in the bed but not 100%c direct view because of the plants and trees as i mentioned earlier.

You can see below how big is the pool,  you can directly walk to rain shower which is there inside and outside, also direct access to the jacuzzi. You have an amazing Apple TV and music system. Minibar with all drinks alcohol and non alcohol. Coffee and tea making facilities. I don't have to explain more because you have everything what you expect about a 5 star luxury resort. Unfortunately i did not have inside pictures, sorry for that.

By the way you don't have to search and find travel agent to arrange all this, now a days everything is in your finger tips. Even kids has mobile and Internet now. I always book everything online without support of anyone, maybe you think that i am using 100 sites to compare and book flight, hotel, transfer and tours, then combine all together, it was a big headache, finally last year i find a portal where i can book packages and get confirmation immediately.
